TAATO Membership 2026

Join a supportive  international artistic community. Grow your network. Receive dedicated guidance from The Artist and the Others.

Why a TAATO Membership?

Artists thrive when they have the right support, knowledge, and community around them.
Our membership brings artists together across borders to share experiences, reflect on challenges, receive tailor feedback on Artist Statement, Portfolio, Applications, and build meaningful professional connections.

What do you receive as a member?

Monthly Collective Meetings
By joining, you gain access to a monthly online meeting where—together with other artists—we discuss real challenges, share pivotal knowledge, and connect with an international community.
Each month, two artists have the opportunity to present their work, introduce their practice, and receive feedback or support from the group.
The community functions as a safe, generous and supportive space, designed to help you grow your practice with confidence.

All meetings are facilitated by Jessica Capra, who will guide the conversations and provide mentoring during the sessions.
Meetings are recorded exclusively for members, so you can rewatch them anytime.

Individual Coaching
Every member receives 1 hour of individual coaching, which you can split into shorter sessions (2×30 minutes, 3×20 minutes, 4×15 minutes).
This is your time to ask questions, gain clarity, receive tailored advice, and build strategies for your artistic career.

“I feel very encouraged and energised to proceed with my path. I’ve got very important insights and feel much more confident when it comes to applications and presenting my work. It was so great to meet all the other artists and the team!! Also, it was very inspiring to feel all the energy and hear about their practices and ideas. “

About Jessica Capra — Your Mentor

Jessica Capra is a cultural professional with over a decade of hands-on experience supporting artists across Europe, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy and Turkey. She has spent her career developing projects that respond to real needs in the art world—projects created to make a tangible difference in artists’ lives.

Capra´s work is grounded in a few clear principles:

  • sharing knowledge generously,
  • building meaningful connections,
  • strengthening skills, and
  • fostering collaborations that create long-lasting value.

Her passion for empowering artists and cultural professionals led her to found The Artist and The Others, and to develop the Summer Training for Emerging Artists, a programme now known for boosting artists’ confidence, clarity and professional growth.

Capra is also a certified “fundamental” coach, combining a structured approach with a warm and motivating mentoring style. Her guidance is practical, encouraging and deeply informed by years of listening to artists’ challenges.

Currently, she is conducting research on parenting in the arts, working to contribute to a more inclusive, fair and sustainable art world. She has recently deepened her expertise in sustainable exhibitions (NODE CENTER) and curating with care (University of Applied Arts in Zurich), enriching her ability to support artists navigating today’s changing cultural landscape. Through the foundation they launched the first-ever- online residency for artist-parents with mentoring, concluding the first round with a great success and the heart full!

As a member, you will have the chance to work directly with Jessica Capra , benefit from her experience, and gain the clarity, connections and support you need to move your practice forward, next to the wonderful experience provided by the community of artists.
